Policies

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes unavoidable, we kindly ask that you give us at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, it will be subject to a fee of 50% for the scheduled session.

  • Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the appointment if you are late for more than 15 mins.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the original service if you are not entirely satisfied with your hair service. While we do not offer refunds for any services, we will happily try to correct any issues.

  • All services are non-refundable. All products are final sale.

  • We accept all credit cards and cash. Gratuity is Cash Only.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
